• Responsible for service delivery of large corporate accounts with nation-wide onsite locations
• Formulate recruiting strategies and optimize team scale and support structure to help clients achieve hiring goals with efficiency

• Work to provide best-in-class customer service to a portfolio of national accounts
• Liaison for field colleagues, internal corporate departments, Clients and Third-Party Vendors
• Expert on accounts within portfolio; supply reporting and tactical information used for account growth, quarterly business reviews, and other client meetings
• Assist with billing management, collections, and reconciliation to ensure customer payments were timely
• Monitor contractual compliance with regards to pricing accuracy and background screening compliance
• Review monthly workers compensation reports and work with Field and Risk Management teams to act when negative trends appear

Touring With Cirque Du Soleil

• Travel to and work on-site in each city, staying six to ten weeks per market, throughout the US and Canada
• Responsible for management of onsite team, client relationship, onsite operations, employee relations, associate care, and retention initiatives
• Manage and coordinate recruiting with local Adecco office to hire over 150 local associates per city
• Create complex weekly shift schedule for all associates according to Cirque’s specified needs
• Manage all payroll and invoicing processes to ensure accurate billing on a weekly basis
• Responsible for hosting “postmortem” with Cirque tour management at the close of each city

Greater New York City Area

• Perform full-life cycle recruiting duties for the General Staffing division, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating, extending and closing offers and completing on-boarding documentation
• Administer and analyze assessments, perform background and reference checks
• Monitor job performance and candidate/manager satisfaction, administer performance motivation, counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures
• Develop credibility and trust with clients by providing expertise in best practices, delivering quality service and exceeding client expectations
• Provide outstanding customer service to both the candidate and client base
