Every day I solve cross-functional company-wide problems. I maintain the bridge between Ops, Clinics, G&A, and our tech team to keep everyone operating in the same direction.Having worked across a variety of fields—localization, software and hardware engineering, mobile banking and payments, design, brand, marketing, and general operations—I’ve realized that every field has problems that need to be solved. While the specifics differ, it’s about recognizing the commonalities to drive a path forward. This, combined with rolling up my sleeves, doing the necessary research, being decisive, and working well with others, that have led to my success in problem solving and leading a team.I like solving problems, building a rockstar team, nurturing and developing talent, and building systems that scale with a business. Oh, and I make sure to interject humor wherever possible.
