In this role I was the right hand of the President of the firm. Additional duties included the direct supervisor of specific team members, semi-annual reviews, recruiting new members, discuss employment opportunities; worked with the Finance Director for proper and timely invoicing of clients and maintaining accounts receivable current within 30 days; active part of senior management. In addition, my main role was to maintain relationships with financial advisors to develop future business. I educated them on Retirement Plans and helped solidify new clients. I also oversaw the entire operations of the firm, specifically including the firm’s workflow pipeline to ensure proper flow through established systems from the conversion of files for new clients. Various projects were managed on a day to day, month to month basis as well, this included internal and external maintenance.
