Reviewed all billing prior to mailing, followed up on Accounts Receivable as needed and audited billing during the transition. I was the liaison between the Corporate office and employees when changes were communicated or needed. Large plan audits also became a responsibility of this position along with escalated communication issues or complex design questions.
