I oversaw the project management and product implementation lifecycle for Collective Medical’s highly-advanced EDIE and PreManage Software Platforms; partnering with external clients representing Emergency, Primary Care, and Behavioral Health organizations. I managed client expectations by demonstrating responsiveness and consistent follow-through; detecting and responding to issues that threatened project timelines or contractual budgetary limitations. Collaborated with client stakeholders to implement and train clinical health care teams on platform utilization techniques; emphasizing product value as a primary system expert and organizational representative. I partnered with IT Engineers to integrate product software into client-based EMRs (CERNER, Epic, and Meditech, amongst others); managed setbacks and escalating issues when needed. I advocated for, gained approval, and led a multi-phased NPI (National Provider Identifier) research project to drive higher performance levels across the software platform. I served as a Project Manager for Four Winds Interactive. Working remotely, I am charged in managing a high-volume of scope of work (SOW) projects, production and upgrade packages by overseeing the project management life cycle from project setup through to scheduling, coordination and project closeout. One of my primary deliverables is to optimize workflow systems by coordinating assignments through FWI's professional services group and hardware and software engineers; reallocating resources when needed to drive movement and unify efforts towards project completion. I additionally partner with IT to ensure adequate technical support to clients during the initial implementation phase for each project. I was initially hired as a contractor for FWI but was hired on full-time after just 6 months to serve as an Associate Paralegal. I was later promoted to the role of Contracts Analyst where I was responsible for drafting, reviewing, and explaining complex and confidential legal documents to include customer PO terms and conditions, contract amendments or addendums, business registration applications, and time-sensitive RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Over the course of my tenure in this role, I was often utilized in process reengineering efforts and was able to develop process flows to improve departmental efficiencies.

In 2012, I secured a position as a Research and Evaluation Assistant with the Denver Zoo where I was charged in gathering data on visitor perceptions. I performed research studies measuring guest knowledge of zoo offerings, conservation initiatives, and attitudes related to exhibits, educational programming, and overall visitor experience. I also compiled actionable data utilizing both MS Excel and mobile applications to share with the zoo's management team.

While earning my Masters degree, I was able to secure a position as a Naturalist with the Northwest Trek Wildlife Park; a wildlife and ecological refuge visited by nearly 200,000 people per year. In this role, I was able to conduct ecological-based program research while serving as a docent; educating visitors on environmental conservation issues such as the impact of population encroachment on local wildlife and regional ecology. I enthusiastically led both on-site educational programs for grades K-12 and also oversaw hour-long tram tours to educate the public on the unique ecological aspects of the Northwest region.

In 2008, I obtained a position as an Education Specialist for the San Diego Zoo. In this role, I served as a key player in the expansion of the zoo's educational programs for schools across Southern California. I taught programs to include the “Animal Care Boot Camp” and also assisted in the development, creation, and instruction of overnight summer camps for children in grades 4-9 based on my expertise in zoo keeping, exhibit design, animal nutrition, veterinary medicine, animal training, and conservation activities for endangered species. I additionally offered innovative ideas to engage learning and directly managed college interns.

Shortly after graduating from ASU, I was approached by The Neurosciences Institute to serve as their 1st-ever Research Assistant based on my unique knowledge of both jellyfish and small salt water aquariums. I was primarily accountable for the care and maintenance of the Institute’s sea jellies and Trichoplax colonies and also researched and developed humane experimental procedures. Over the course of my tenure, I was able to establish a new system for tracking and caring for the salt-water aquariums which increased spawning and allowed for additional trials.

During my junior year of college, I secured a high-profile internship with the Navy Marine Mammal Research Program where I gained experience in observing animal behavior and collecting data to increase available research towards conservation efforts. I worked with Scientists and Lead Trainers; assisting in food preparation; participating in training sessions to include open water and husbandry training sessions; and participating in veterinary procedures for Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins and California Sea Lions.

In 2005, I was selected to participate as an intern for Walt Disney's Living Seas Aquarium. As a member of the Animal Care team, I shared responsibility for the daily care, feeding and record-keeping for over 60 species of animals contained in a 5.7 million gallon exhibit. Under the supervision of a full-time Aquarist, I was able to perform necropsies on small animals and assist with veterinary procedures.
