I also took part in continuous improvement plans and the implementation of Kaizen objectives and 5s strategy within the work space. There was constant communication through weekly appointments and meetings with my supervisor, the team, as well as customer service representatives and sales managers to ensure our customers received the best service possible and that all lines of business were connected and operated smoothly.
