Here I work on a team in a production based atmosphere. The job requires a lot of fast pace movement, reaching the amount a parts per hour that were needed. I am either in the assembly end of the plant or at a machine. Mainly, at the Pioneer. Which is a die cut machine that we use to cut plastic material. I'm required to check the prints, measure the part and fill out the paperwork before each job.

Was stationed at Copy Center while working here. Helped customers with print and copy orders via internet, e-mail or walk in ordering. Used various machines to complete orders, everything from a cutting machine, and binding machine, down to a folding machine. On a daily basis - I've used different copiers, and computers to set up business cards, flyers/brochures, presentations, calendars, greeting cards, coupons, banners, posters, and logos to print. I did design most of everything I've printed from scratch, unless the customer already had a file that was ready to use. I have done a lot of work for the areas biggest and smallest business owners and companies. While working here throughout the day, I was in charge of checking our e-mail system and web submission ordering system. Also, answered the phone and took over the phone orders when needed. I used a web log to keep track of the customers orders, while they were in our production queue. Orders had to be done within the needed time frame, sometimes time was critical. I was in charge of ordering our print centers supplies as well. I was trained to work with UPS as well, where I would ship out and receive in store packages for customers.

In order to work here, I was one out of two people that controlled the retail end of the store, that being - the Manager and myself. I ran the cash register, while stocking and pricing items. I took customers photo orders and developed one hour film on a timely basis. When needed, I also took customers passport photos in the store. We did have a rewards program here, and I would set up the new accounts for customers that wanted to enroll in it.

I did mostly cashier duties here. I worked in the craft and fine art sections of the store for some of the days I worked there. While I was stationed in those sections; I used my knowledge to the best of my ability to help guests with their questions. Gave ideas where they were needed and toured people throughout the store if they needed to find something special. I was able to use my past experiences to the best of my abilities, with my art background, I was able to succeed here.

Ashtabula, Ohio

Works with customers throughout the day, and answers their questions as best as possible. Placed in several departments but mostly stayed at the Commercial Desk helping contractors with their accounts and orders. If needed, I also sold warranties for our appliances and tools. Sometimes I worked at the Customer Service Desk, which means I was the designated one to answer the phone and transfer the calls to the acquired departments. I helped customers and contractors on a daily basis to make their Lowes credit card payments and transactions or etc.

Worked here doing office duties and errands. Common routine included answering the phone, designing ads, communicating with customers, then helping them with complaints or problems. Also, completed paper work, and filed it. Did titles and title work, documents needed sealed by the notary public, and I was the one to do so.
