PHSA’s Transformation Leadership Office (TLO) is a specialized team of project and change managers, business analysts and project coordinators dedicated to advancing PHSA’s strategic priorities. The TLO plays an integral role in mapping out the organization’s strategic plan by guiding the annual process, setting organizational objectives and strategies in alignment with the Ministry of Health goals and supporting PHSA operational teams to develop action plans, manage competing demands and embed consistent and disciplined practice across the system. In this role I am responsible for optimizing cross-functional collaboration, managing change and ensuring inclusive, transparent and meaningful interactions with our stakeholders. Through the use of robust stakeholder engagement and change methods, my team strives for functionality, purpose and performance from every interaction, enabling our stakeholders to scale and realize the benefits of their transformation efforts.

In this role, I implemented a new provincial business relationship framework and strengthened key relationships between our executive team, operational leaders and regional partners. I was also responsible for the organization's issue management response and played an integral role in vendor relations. I established a more robust change practice for BCCSS, played a critical role in establishing BCCSS as an organization and nearly two years later was part of the transition team to amalgamate the organization's services and 3000+ employees to PHSA.
