We are currently active in over 80 countries, managing over 200,000 engagements for over 90 clients.•Initial point of contact for both suppliers and Bayer Hiring Managers.•Manage Vendor Management System (Fieldglass) for Bayer's US IT and Canadian divisions. •Review, validate, and distribute requisitions to suppliers in Fieldglass.•Coordinate with external staffing agencies to ensure potential candidates meet qualifications of the hiring manager and requested position.•Screen candidate resumes submitted based on their skills, availability, and rates based on the manager’s requisition. •Assist with setup of interviews.•Extend offers to the suppliers.
