Developed my theory of change based around early childhood literacy and partnered with Hartford Area Rallies Together (HART) to develop a literacy curriculum educating parents about parenting skills in addition to early childhood literacy skills. While the curriculum was first used at Betances, it is not used in other Walkers and Talkers programs throughout Hartford.
