- Onboarding new clients and troubleshooting content and social questions from current and potential clients- Provide responsive engagement using a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter- Actively upkeep 300+ clients' Google Business Profiles to ensure information is consistently up-to-date- Actively manage 100+ client's reputation and online reviews through Google Business Profile and Facebook- Actively monitor 35+ social media accounts through Sprout Social to engage, educate, and address inquiries- Assist clients with requests and needs for graphics, flyers, postcards, and copywriting- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and coordinate the execution of new customer success strategies- Monitor and analyze social media and website metrics to identify trends that may impact customer satisfaction
