I was responsible for organizing and coaching both male and female gymnasts, ages 3 – 17 years old. I planned, accompanied and supervised gymnasts to and from all events including practices and competitions. I coordinated practices and meet schedules throughout the year. I choreographed routines catered toward the strengths of each gymnast. I also enforced sportsmanlike behavior at all times, while encouraging gymnasts to develop socially and physically.
