Serves as primary administrative support in the recruitment process for the Risk Division. Provides an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the interviewing process and performs a wide variety of specialized duties in support of Talent Acquisition activities.

To facilitate timely and effective staffing by identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fill the needs of M&T Bank and affiliates. This includes sourcing candidates and building and maintaining a candidate pipeline; screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to determine eligibility and qualification for open positions; working closely with HR and assisting with the hiring process; keeping up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, by networking and attending industry events, as well as learning from hiring managers the qualifications needed for successful candidates in specific roles and departments.

Devised and administered curriculum for courses within the Criminal Justice Department, as well as administered academic advisement to students regarding courses in the undergraduate program. In particular, I have taught courses such as: CRJ 101: Intro to Criminal Justice CRJ 303: Crime Ideology CRJ 470W: Advanced Senior Seminar CRJ 488: Criminal Justice Internships
