I worked this job to run the business and help a woman who quickly became a very good friend of mine and still to this day after a few years of not being employed by her. Position was wonderful she was in need of someone who is very good with technology, she had thousands of contacts she needed to transfer to a hard drive. This started our very long friendship and work friendship together. We began way prior to Covid, but as time went on Covid was a problem so it did turn into more of a remote job, which was totally fine and we were able to work and handle the same as we were sitting together, I managed all of her finances via QuickBooks. I would make sure every transaction made in her checkbook balanced out in QuickBooks with her bank account. I would reconcile each account, including her accounts that were income based she had one rental home property and she had at the time also owned a commercial property with six separate units. I handled the leases, keeping them up-to-date ; handling all work orders. Always reconciling her books.Did all listing coordinating and transaction coordinating for her so she had more time to be out in the world getting more clients and making more money!
