This system integrates seamlessly with a supervisory application, executing commands via an internal protocol and controlling multiple devices through I/O interfaces, serial communication, and USB connections.• Designed and implemented the software for a critical component in the fuel loading control system used in tank trucks. The project involved establishing reliable communication with supervisory systems while optimizing performance to meet the rigorous demands of real-time operations.• Created an algorithm to develop a tank measurement table, enabling precise volume calculations and archival of tank data. This solution significantly improved the accuracy of measurements, contributing to enhanced operational performance.• Developed a configuration application for industrial equipment, streamlining the setup and management process. The user-friendly interface allowed operators to configure devices efficiently, improving overall system usability.• Engineered firmware for a pulse-counting and comparison device, ensuring precise measurement and synchronization of pulsers in fuel systems.
