I supported operations at a 500+ bed hospital which is a teaching hospital in partnership with UofA College of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy. I gathered and analysed data regarding staffing levels and staffing mix, to support leaders in their productivity goals. I supported the Operations Consultants systemwide and worked closely with the C-Suite and Finance Teams at BUMCP.

In this role at Banner, I created and distributed communications for the Talent & Organizational Effectiveness department. I also supported the operations of Banner Learning Center which is the Learning Management System currently used at Banner. I supported learning logistics for various programs including New Employee Orientation, New Leader Experience, and various Leadership Academy courses.

Supported teachers, school and district administrators with furthering their education. Scheduled and hosted information sessions at schools and districts to educate all staff members on the classes and programs available to them at GCU's College of Education. I am volunteering in the Child Care Administration Contracts Unit. I work with providers of child care and negotiate contracts for service on behalf of DES in order to increase the number of child care providers licenses with DES to provide reduced cost child care to families receiving assistance from DES.

I work with new clients pre launch to determine what their expected results are and make recommendations on how to get there in the most efficient way. I support my clients ongoing to ensure our business changes with their business needs. I am dedicated to nurturing long term relationships with my clients because all of my business comes from word of mouth referrals and business networking.

I was responsible for managing 9 retail kiosks and 19+ full and part times sales associates for these kiosks. My locations were all outside of Phoenix so I was out of town and on the road most of the time. I very much enjoyed the diversity and being able to train and mentor my employees to be as successful as possible.

This was a basic administrative position supporting three full time accountants in a family environment.
