- Proactively contacting clients to offer business advice and insights about their call volume and their sector and also introducing new products and services to existing clients
- Keeping CRM up to date with cases, activities and any related information regarding client accounts
- Ability to work across a wide range of teams including Sales, IT, Finance, and Receptionists to ensure teams are well informed and offer my support to resolve issues or inquiries if needed
- Supporting clients through efficiently responding and resolving their inquiries around pricing, technical issues or any service issues experienced
- Reach monthly team revenue target by up-selling additional services and Live Chat product as well as proactively preventing client churn
- Built lasting relationships with clients, assisted with integrations and technical queries, and set up Live Chat services through various software platforms
