Designed and delivered focus group meetings with team to evaluate leadership development program. Researched Best Practices for Leadership and Faculty Development. Interviewed program participant and wrote an article to advertise the leadership development program. Designed orientation training and participant guides for pilot Mentoring Program.

Met with prospective graduate students and provided a student perspective on the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program. Represented the program at Open House events. Created and edited the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program newsletter. Restructured and managed a Mentor/Mentee program for incoming students. Covered undergraduate classes and proctored/graded exams as needed.

Managed phases of recruiting process (e.g. posted job opportunities, created offer letters, performed screens, and handled benefit enrollment). Partnered with the FACC for the Company's international internship program with Paris. Audited benefit invoices (Dental, Medical, Vision, STD, LTD), and resolved discrepancies with benefits providers.

Conducted research on the effectiveness of and strategies for an exit interview process. Coordinated the Annual Employee Recognition Ceremony with HR team. Served on a job search committee and participated in the interviewing and hiring processes. Created job descriptions, and guided applicants in navigating the online hiring system.
