Loan Key desk assistants cover the front desk in loan key halls 24 fours a day, five days a week throughout the entire academic year, including breaks. As assistant, I am responsible for loaning out temporary and replacement key, temporary IDs, and mail box numbers for students living in hall. I Being trusted to handle such personal information requires a very high level of confidentiality and responsibility. Additionally, as a desk assistant, I practice excellent customer service, which includes but is not limited to: answering questions, giving directions, and providing resources and information to people who approach the desk for assistants. This also means maintaining an exceptional level of professional and ethical behavior.
