-Responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion. This includes ensuring cores have been sampled appropriately based on the provided scope of work, creating/updating sample matrices in adherence with SOX audit requirements and reporting data to clients where applicable. -Confirms all labs are following exact testing procedures per service agreements.-Stewards samples through the laboratories to minimize backlog and ensure appropriate prioritization of samples.-Communicates deadlines and specific project details to the laboratories and Project Managers to ensure client expectations are met.-Implemented protocol for updating clients on the status of their projects. Upon project completion, provides guidance to the Sales Representative and assists with coordinating project wrap up meetings.-Ensures all SOX documentation is in place for future company audits. This includes making sure all pricing and testing has been approved by the client and all procedures are being met by both the laboratories and the client. -Organized stored core material/remnants and developed an inventory system to assist the Warehouse Manager with locating material with ease.-Assists Sales Representative by generating and submitting quotes to for requested services.

-Monitored client incoming work orders to insure prompt and accurate input into the production process. Updated applicable work statuses and deadlines for the lead accountants.-Managed workflow and capacity planning to ensure appropriate load balancing, process flows, and shift coverage was in place for production and peak seasons.-Followed up and reported work orders that had potential issues of missing filing deadlines. Worked with lead accountants on alternative solutions in order to meet the deadlines.-Investigated and provided completed work order information to finance for invoicing clients and partners.-Involved in implementing/improving a new workflow and client management system which vastly improved accountant’s ability to effectively and efficiently manage their clients.-Communicated clearly and effectively with management team, peers, and external customers.-Trained and took on responsibility for new hired Account Managers/Production Planners.
