As a women's lacrosse recruiting coach, you I am responsible for guiding high school athletes through the college recruiting process and helping them achieve their goals of playing at the collegiate level. My daily tasks include onboarding new athletes, teaching them how to use their profiles, and providing personalized advice and support throughout the process.I am responsible for teaching athletes how to communicate effectively with college coaches and navigate the recruiting process, including understanding recruiting timelines and NCAA rules. I also evaluate their film to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and match them with schools that fit their academic and athletic levels.In addition to working with individual athletes, I also communicate with college coaches to help them fill their rosters with talented high school players who meet their criteria and fit their team culture. I work closely with other team members on a daily basis, providing support and guidance to help athletes find their collegiate matches athletically and academically.This role requires a deep understanding of sports and the recruiting process, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
