Effectively communicate with clients that have diverse needs, as well as client family members, co-workers, program volunteers, workshop/certification candidates, etc. regarding Equest's offered programs, paperwork/application process, semester registration, payment options, costs/fees, and various other information. I schedule new clients for initial assessments and give them tours as needed. I create/maintain the current semester schedule and add new and returning clients into appropriate classes. I input/update all client information into our CRM database, Salesforce. I bill for private pay clients, agency clients (monthly), and OT/PT clients (weekly) using Quickbooks Online. I edit/maintain the layout of Participant Profiles within Salesforce and run weekly reports on client data. I create and send mass emails to our clients and families using Mailchimp. I am the Face of Equest for all potential and returning clients, as well as when I attend resource fairs to share Equest's mission with others.

Handle receivables and payables, use QuickBooks Online to input payables and receivables,, pull various reports from QuickBooks Online, use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint, put together employee files to make sure all paperwork is up to date, enter budget and compare with actuals, handle billing for clients
