With a national scope, responsible for developing a corporate engagement strategy to develop long standing industry partnerships that have mutual value. Building over 30 partnerships since inception, both nationally and internationally, a key focus is meeting partnership revenue targets through an understanding of partners' strategic goals and developing multi-channel marketing campaigns, events and services to drive this. Stakeholders include industry, government and the engineering community.

Marketing Manager Victoria responsible for the marketing, communications and events portfolio across 23,500 members and stakeholder base including industry, government, education and the general community. With over 100,000 members nationally the role is responsible for developing the marketing and corporate engagement strategy and managing the Marketing team. Responsibilities includes strategic planning, change management and stakeholder engagement. Managing a small marketing, communications and events team, responsibilities include multi-channel marketing tools comprising of internal and external marketing communications, advertising, campaign management, including but not restricted to online and social media, print, radio and outdoor media campaigns. Working to tight deadlines and budgets, business development skills and demonstrated outcomes are key to the role. Stakeholder management is a key responsibility with the targets to secure long term financial support in the form of sponsorship.
