• Facilitate annual license renewals and identify gap's the client wants to close with additional solutions.
• Record client details in Salesforce to provide company wide visibility around the client's experience.
• Meet regularly with client to assess whether the client is on track to maximize business value.

• Provide superior skills-based training as defined in customer project plans
• Gain and maintain expert knowledge on Tk20 software functionalities by understanding application behavior and contextual uses of the functionalities
• Reinforce best practices and identify areas for improvement specific to implementation
• Provide regular implementation status summaries encompassing effective resource planning, process improvements, and timely project completion
• Compile/facilitate at least one case study (quarterly) to highlight unique implementations, both successful and unsuccessful, for internal process improvement and external marketing
• Communicate customer impact and requested enhancements to internal product teams
