Responsible for providing support to the Major Accounts clients. Liaise between internal sales personnel addressing questions, queries and operational matters in a timely and effective manner. Work in CRM to action pay and bill changes, extensions, and terminations when necessary. Communicate with clients and MSPs on matters related to active contracts and vacancies. Log and track vacancies and CV submissions in CRM. Input of new requirements into the CRM. Run placements in line with agreed pay and bill terms and task services team for onboarding requirements. Monthly reporting with accounts numbers and development.
