GTA for two survey courses, ARTH 282: Introduction to World Art and ARTH 292: Art and Design since 1900. Lead discussion sections of about 25 students each, aided the students in analysis of visual and textual information. Maintained attendance records and grade history. Liaised with fellow GTAs, professors, and departmental and university-wide staff.

Performed research under the supervision of Dr. Rebecca Houze on upcoming publication, The World History of Design Vol. 3: 1945-Present. Created a database of design history journals, researched international designers, cataloged library of design history publications.

Taught ARTH 370C: Arts of South and Southeast Asia. Prepared syllabus, exams, assignments and PowerPoint presentations on the early arts of India and Southeast Asia.

NIU's Center for Southeast Asian Studies is an incredible resource at the University that has some of the best funding opportunities for students. Shared fellowship, language training and community-building opportunities with prospective, transfer and current students through open house events and other culture-related events on campus. Organized the Friday Lecture Series, featuring Southeast Asian studies scholars from across the US and designed posters for the events.

Aided in the planning and organization of AFIM's largest annual fundraiser, the AFIM West Coast Gala, with 300+ guests and raising over $500,000. Organized an online auction with Artsy to raise money for the Acquisitions Committee. Assisted in the planning of monthly art events in Los Angeles to engage members and donors in the local contemporary art scene. Drafted email blasts and professional correspondence, designed invitations, edited donor database.

Assisted in day-to-day office operations for Edward Wilkinson's art appraisal and advisory company specializing in Indian, Himalayan, and Southeast Asian Art, researched provenance and history of art objects, submitted budget information and maintained accounting records in QuickBooks.

Maintained the Easter Island Statue Project image database in Portfolio and online database in Datashare, collected and organized bibliographic references in Endnote for upcoming publications by EISP Director and Easter Island archaeologist Dr. Jo Anne Van Tilburg, built a physical and digital archive of Dr. Van Tilburg's personal memorabilia. Translated French archaeological scholarship for Dr. Van Tilburg's research purposes.

Lead weekly fifty-minute discussion sections for coursework related to the Introduction to World Art, tracking grades and attendance, collaborating with the supervising professor and fellow TAs on weekly presentations and communicating with students, faculty and colleagues.

Lead a project to research climate and light environments for art storage, visible storage, and storage by medium type in anticipation of the re-design of LACMA's east-end campus. Designed an original visual diagram illustrating the museum collection's needs, which was used in a presentation to the Museum Director.
