While this alone resulted in some losses, the major impact was to the overall process stabilization. We need to convert as many manual regression tests as possible to these “Macro’s” to allow us to better utilize SQA time as well as cover more tests during a given release.Minimum Deliveries:• Convert 15% of the manual regression tests that were run against Structure to a Macro Test.• Ensure results provided from the macro in our viewer are consistent with running the test manually.• Work with mentor/development providing feedback as to additional validation logic that is required.Expanded Deliveries:• Setup a machine to continually run these macro tests. This can be handled either via a new tool or test complete.• A notification mechanism needs to exist to notify interested parties when a test has not run successfully.
