Repaired a previously strained customer relationship through significant performance improvement and collaboration to capture cost savings which the USAF PM remarked was a success story for the program. • Lead the Advance Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missile (AMRRAM) and Standard Missile 6 (SM-6) flat plate antenna production programs. Successfully pulled in delivery dates, increased production capacity by 25% and implemented cost savings of over $3M. Lead proposal efforts valued at $89M.• Transitioned the CEC End Fire Array Radome production to Raytheon after default by an external supplier. Implemented Critical Chain to accelerate supply chain and manufacturing schedules which resulted in successfully delivery of product four months after program turn on, preserving Raytheon’s 100% on time delivery record on the program. Manager, Network Sales Support and Network Maintenance, Dallas, TX • Managed the Ticket Control Center for North Texas (1.1 million phone lines, 8 technicians), which was the dispatch center for all customer outages related to internal switching equipment. • Handled all escalated customer complaints related to service outages. • Consolidated three separate Ticket Control Centers into one, resulting in an overall head count reduction of 36% while improving customer service levels.

• Initiated design improvements reducing assembly costs by over $300K. Developed producibility guidelines for program design engineers. • Managed the setup of a manufacturing assembly line, including selection, purchase, and installation of equipment. Coordinated capital acquisitions to meet production forecasts. Controlled over $1M manufacturing equipment budget. • Coordinated the move of a manufacturing line from Lewisville to the Spring Creek site.
