Amanda is a Founding Partner of ArtDirectYourLife, an independent consultancy specialising in curating bespoke private photography collections, as alternative investments, for both Individual and Corporate clients. Amanda is also a Member of the Strategic Advisory Board at the Royal Academy of Arts. Previously she was a Board Member of The UK Film Council, a Governor of the London Film School and a trustee of the Brain and Spine Foundation.Amanda worked in Advertising for over 25 years. She was CEO of Lowe London, European CEO of the WPP network Red Cell and Global President of WPP's The United Network. Before joining WPP, Amanda had launched her own agency with Dave Trott. Walsh Trott Chick Smith was founded in 1995 and within 3 years had become the 25th fastest growing company in the UK (source Sunday Times), and a top 20 ad agency in the UK.She started her advertising career at WCRS in the mid 80's. Having joined as an Account Manager, she was appointed Managing Director 8 years later becoming the First Female Managing Director of a top 10 Advertising Agency.Amanda was President of WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications London) in 2003 and she received the AdAge "Woman to Watch" award in New York in 2005.
