I Assisted the Manager, Major Contracts with project management for the construction of TRCA’s new $60M head office building including stakeholder and partner management, work breakdown structures, budget preparation and cash flows, cost and schedule controls, procurement of professional consulting services, reporting and coordination with funders.

I coordinated multi-stakeholder research projects related to low carbon technologies and sustainable communities. This includes quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, and knowledge mobilization materials development. Projects I’m currently involved with are the NRCan-supported ‘Transactional Energy Framework for Increased Grid.

I assisted the Technical Director with business development and stakeholder relations in the sustainable construction sector. I also provided research and support to clients and partners to understand best practices in construction and identify performance benchmarks and training opportunities to achieve sustainable, low carbon buildings.

I coordinated regulatory approvals and oversaw ongoing regulatory compliance for geophysical exploration projects conducted in Alberta and Saskatchewan for petroleum companies. I liaised with relevant regulatory bodies and third parties to obtain permissions and approvals and disseminated information to stakeholders, clients, and consultants.
