I request status from the technicians to update customers daily. However, the accomplishment I am most proud of was a Women's Car Care Clinic I planned and hosted within budget at Auto Tech to help women feel empowered when they drop their cars off at automotive shops.

I designed a spreadsheet and populated it with data from business networking groups to track the impact of networking on Jemnet's business. I performed data transfers enabling a system transition from Oracle to ITGlue and AutoTask. I also had to redact sensitive data from client and business documents prior to filing as well as research and reconcile data to update billing and accounts receivable.
