1- Work with Production department (Press shop) in a manner that meets the set goals and objectives of the management for production and profitability.2-A good knowledge of press shop process, Automation (Robots) & Dies.Preparation MIS Report on monthly basis and review on daily basis which including the OEE & SPH.3-Training System & Skill Mapping (Induction Training for Operators, Skill Monitoring on Basis of Quality ,Efficiency, Knowledge, Skill level, finalizing Yearly/Monthly training plan ,maintaining the training records )Root cause analysis of Rework & Rejection in process & customer end.4-Responsible for all production activities as man power managing & updating LOG Book.Responsible for control the internal rejection & Control Inventory.5-Responsible for Down time / Loss Time Analysis.6-Responsible for Consumable control.7-Responsible for Press shop Production Planning according to customer daily & Monthly schedule. 8-Material review Board System for controlling material and FG inventory.9-Responsible for SAP entry of production items & consumable control.
