- Undertaking joining formalities of new joiners which include Documentation and creation of official ids.
- Handling Induction & Orientation sessions to the new joiners which include Company Rules & Regulations, Culture, Policies, Benefits, etc.Training and Development:- Domains – Organizational Culture | Customer Service |.
- Ensure the Full & Final Settlement of Exiting employees according to defined Standards.
- Handling relieving formalities, conducting exit interviews and relieving letter & service certificate to the employee.Attendance & Payroll:-
- Maintaining Leave Records, Overtime and Late Coming Reports, Absenteeism, etc.
