Summary of my time here (P.S Hyperswitch is the global arm of Juspay)1. Lead the self-serve initiative that helped merchant explore our services better and reduced the go-live time.2. Dived head first into data led decision, used the mixpanel to track and understand data3. Worked with cross functional team to help merchants gain deeper insights into their payment failures across processorsGlobal payments was something new, fun, tiring and needed collaboration with the gateway, data and product team to ship great global solutions.
