Our flagship product: Patient Center, allows you to launch a study with ease and use as cancer registry or a medical system. Instead of creating brand new database for every study,it leverages a dynamic data architecture to allow you to customize your study while not forking a whole new data structure. It also integrates medical record features - to make this a "all-in-one" style of solution.We also launched Resonance Networks in 2021, to host an education and collaboration platform. This builds a single place where medical working groups can 1) Meet, 2) Recruit 3) Record / Create / Organize educational content.Significant contributions: 1) Recruited and reorganized strong development team since joining Resonance. 2) Helped launch a significant update to product along with managing the transition from old to new version 3) Mentored a strong team creating an environment where contributions are rewarded and team members feel more productive. 4) Brought modern practices and revamped the entire cloud architecture using best practices like: Infra as code,proxies, microservices, docker based deployments and automated CI/CD pipelines. 5) Helped launch a brand new analytics platform based on the technologies present - significantly improving the contributions from the analytics team.

Lead developer of clinical genomics analysis application for electronic reporting of personalized genetic results in pediatric cancer patients by clinicians and geneticists (JavaScript, PHP/Laravel).Designed and developed of database containing next generation sequencing data (PostgreSQL).Development of scripts for automated pipelines in the St. Jude cluster environment (Bash, Perl, Python).Mentored junior developers.Brought modern web development tooling and frameworks to all tools.Helped create PeCan (Pediatric Cancer data portal). This is now the foundation of St. Jude Cloud initiative. Lead developer for PeCanPIE system which allowed users to analysze their own list of variants and infer data by matching them with publicly available databases. At International Outreach, I continued the development of Cure4Kids (still in use ~2023), and helped launch several new products: Pond4Kids, Consult4Kids and an Event management system for tracking CME certificates and more.Cure4KidsResponsible for creating and maintaining a web based, multilingual, content management system used by a growing population of over 12000 medical professional world wide. Also responsible for integrating several third party products into Cure4Kids. The website needs have been constantly growing and I was responsible for developing a customized, scalable content management solution. System features that I developed include: patient data structure architecture, treatment/protocol module, statistical medical reports, xml exports, a innovative data-entry feature called quick-forms. Pond4Kids was taken offline in 2022Consult4KidsConsult4Kids is a web based patient consultation system. Doctors from across the world can post patient cases for further consultation with physicians from St. Jude for advice discussion and comments. The system allowed complex selection of consultants based on availability and area of expertise, and allowed several images to be uploaded within a patient case. SIte is no longer in operation.Conference Registration SystemThe St. Jude Conference Registration system fully automates the registration of users for different conferences. The system allowed collection of detailed event information and permitted the event organizer to control several aspects of event registration, including invoicing for registration fees, managing presenters, managing room availability and seating. This product is no longer in operation.

Student developer. Worked on the very early version of Cure4Kids web based application. At the time, Cure4Kids was based on PHP4, and allowed users to access medical education, consults and also manage their patient information vi a electronic medical record. Later I was invovled in separating the system in to two: EMRS, and Cure4Kids (separating the patient EMR and the education system).
