As a Property Operations at Quintain Limited, I support the smooth running of the Alameda and Beton developments based in Wembley Park, managing various operative and creative tasks such as lease management, resident queries, deposit returns, and furniture sourcing. I collaborate with maintenance, defects, and the tenancy team to tackle any outstanding or ongoing issues and find the best solutions in a timely manner.I graduated from Norwich University of the Arts with a degree in Interior Design in 2020, and I have a keen interest in development design and customer relations. Managing resident queries has developed my perspective on having more insight on being a better designer, especially when it comes to functionality and attention to detail. I am also deeply passionate about leadership, public speaking, and fostering relationships within the LGBTQIA+ community at Quintain, where I actively contribute to promoting awareness, facilitating inclusive conversations, and organizing monthly events. In addition, I host a bi-weekly podcast that delves into essential topics often marginalized within the brown community.
