I have over 9 years’ experience of producing and delivering community-based projects. A strong desire of creating thriving community.• Developed and delivered a year-round Arts, Cultural and Wellbeing programme.• Established Community Engagement Strategy aimed at providing collaborative practice with an inclusive and accessible programme.• Building key relationships with stakeholder groups like Brent Council, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Punch-drunk Enrichment and Second Floor Art studios to deliver community initiatives. • Collaborating with Key partners including but not limited to residents, students, local employers, and employees as well as local groups and charities, organisations including Young Brent Foundation and Wembley Park Residents’ Association. • Cultivating new projects with local groups and businesses to enhance our community engagement offer and curated a network within the area.• Managing the Yellow £100k budget - Operations, Forecasting spends, actuals and monitor.• Proactive involvement with the Wembley events team to promote community engagement, support larger scale activities, and volunteer programmes.• Identifying via a variety of methods (conversations, interactive data capture, surveys and focus groups etc) the barriers to the local community in engaging with Quintain/The Yellow; and to instigate learnings from this research to affect change within the organisation and remove barriers.• Evaluating and reviewing process during the annual programme and implementing new effective processes and procedures for reporting and monitoring.• Panel member of a community fund aimed delivering community-led projects.• Overseeing the Yellow facility ensuring it’s maintained and meets all health and safety regulations.• Delivering positive and engaging PR coverage of Wembley Park Community and Quintain to a wide network of viewers via a multitude of social media platforms and communication tools
