Over the last decade I feel fortunate to have worked on, devised and led a number of groundbreaking, innovative commercial strategies that have driven both revenue and profitability. My broad experience as a senior leader and consultant across consultative sales, marketing and operations gives me a unique perspective and positions me to define and implement initiatives that drive real change at both large established corporate businesses as well as smaller, agile startup ventures looking to scale quickly and at times with limited budgets.My early career based at Goldman Sachs instilled in me a deep appreciation of using meaningful business intelligence and being data led when supporting both institutional and High-Net-Worth clients, and in turn mitigating the associated risk they faced whilst effectively managing stakeholder expectations at every level. Whilst fully believing in the importance of a quantitative approach and that ‘data is truth’ I also believe that effective results and change, be it strategic, digital or transformational is only ever possible if those I lead and work with are positioned to successfully implement it.
