ELREPCO is the leading semiconductor manufacturer’s rep in the Bay Area, representing principals like Intel, Toshiba, Kioxia, Nanya, and SunonDuring my ~3-year tenure as an Account Manager at ELREPCO covering datacenter, autonomous driving, and IOT accounts, I:• Managed and executed plans for 20 accounts to ensure targets and customer business needs are met; generated over $50M in revenue from customers like LinkedIn, Lyft Level 5, and Juniper Networks • Performed full-cycle sales from lead generation and qualification, to deal orchestration across multiple stakeholder groups including distribution partners and system integrators• Built and maintained relationships with business executives and technical decisionmakers at high levels the customers’ organizations while developing new business at greenfield enterprise accounts• Established trust and credibility with key stakeholders and solicited customer feedback to understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction; leveraged internal resources to support customer needs• Collaborated with marketing teams at principals to develop Go-to-Market (GTM) and co-selling strategies while partnering with distributors and integrators to cross-sell and up-sell products• Orchestrated internal teams of business development managers, product line managers, business planning, and customer technical support teams to anticipate issues/risks on customer satisfaction, determine root cause of problems, and alleviate partner success blockers• Implemented recovery action plans as needed to improve customers’ overall experience; proactively established agreement on success measures and managed execution on success measures to minimize need for recovery plans• Developed and grew knowledge of principals’ product offerings, customers’ business priorities, and basic industry trends to positively articulate the value of ELREPCO's solutions in addressing customer needs

Toshiba Memory, now rebranded as Kioxia, is one of the largest suppliers of NAND memory globally.During my Technical Marketing Engineering internship, I:• Created marketing requirements documents (MRDs) for next-generation datacenter and automotive SSDs for datacenter and automotive applications.• Analyzed market trends in SSD vs HDD adoption in datacenters• Researched impact of emerging technologies (5G, AI, cloud computing, autonomous driving) on demand for high performance storage• Studied shifting preferences for SSD features (interfaces, form factors, encryptions, firmware features, etc.) among datacenter and autonomous driving customers

Nufarm is a multinational agricultural chemical company – during my Co-Op at the US headquarters as a Process Improvement Engineer, I:• Led the ramp-up of brand-new, high-volume production line• Conducted short interval control (SIC) studies to gather data on inefficiencies during production shifts and drove process improvements• Oversaw the design, purchase, and installation an advanced machine vision system to detect labeling defects before final packaging and staging• Drafted capital expenditure reports for infrastructure projects (forklift monitoring system, drawing management system, upgrades & repairs to reactors)
