About me The driver for me as a leader is the joy to improve profit and performance of a business and break accepted borders of what is possible. To develop a strategy with challenging targets and to create a fighting atmosphere in an organisation focusing on achieving the goals, is a great challenge and motivates me a lot. My strength as a leader is that I have a broad experience as a manager since 2006 , and have been leading in general all functions in a company. I have had the overall responsibility as the vice president, managing director, key account manager and different department manager roles. I have experience from global development projects as a project manager in the beginning of my career until today where I am a managing Director of SHAM PACK INDUSTRY LLC. I have experience from leading a business in both good times resulting in growth with employing people, acquire companies and in bad times with cutting costs and restructuring, Manage factories, sales offices and business areas.
