ISO-TS 16949,APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC & Problem solving quality tools • Areas of Experience: Plastics, Hard/Soft trims, Seats, Interior, Exterior, under hood parts development, Tooling, • Responsible for Quality of Trims parts (Interior, Exterior, and Seats, under hood parts) through the development phase and till handover to Plant Quality.• Product development through APQP, MPDS process.• Key window person with supplier throughout the development phase, PPAP, SOP and beyond SOP support.• Participation in Design review with Engineering team for the manufacturing feasibility and improvement on product design & engineering for better quality of the product. • Interaction with Design Studio &CMF (Colour, Material & Finish) team to understand the expectations and converting the requirement on the product.• Arriving the Concept & Establishing FTG (Facilities, Tooling & Gauges) at supplier process to ensure high quality products are delivered.• Process optimization at Supplier place with Best in class control methods.• Conducting PTR, PPAP, MSA, SPC at Supplier place and PSW approval.Dimensional management and Stake up analysis to meet the Vehicle Build objective of project in terms of Product quality and Vehicle level fit & finish.• Participation on vehicle build with the plant team to understand build related issues and taking corrective actions.• Handover to Plant Quality after meeting the Quality requirement, following the Project closure procedure.• Areas of Experience: Plastics, Hard/Soft trims, Seats, Interior, Exterior, under hood parts developmentHandle & manage work pressure that might come at times

A. Supplier Panel Management1.Audit and validate new suppliers according the Sogefi Purchasing validation process.2.Ensure all the suppliers maintain the appropriate certification level according to our needs3.Support the Commodity Buyers in the process of eliminating supplier not complying with our standardsB. Project Management1.Risk analysis, participating in CFT & sharing lesson learns, preparing PFMEA & ensure phase wiseAPQP Documents, review of all failure modes with project to get addressed in FMEA & ensure controls.2.Support the Project Purchasing team in the Sourcing Committee.3.Manage in coordination with the Project Buyer the Kick-off meeting, ensuring that our technicalspecifications along with project requirements are understood and covered by the supplierdevelopment plan4.Manage in coordination with the Project Buyer the Project Review Follow through monthlyProject Review with the supplier and the project team.5.Ensure adequate Start-of-Production, performing pre-production audit at the supplier and Run-at-Rateaudits for critical componentsC. Coordination to plant Quality in Mass Production1.Follow up the supplier quality results, ensure the suppliers will reach the quality performanceaccording to the Group Quality Policy.2.Agree and Follow an action plan (ex. Audit) with the most critical suppliers, bringing them toreach an adequate quality level.3.Support the purchasing team in validating new sources, in order to reach the savings objectives defined in the annual Budget.4.Support to plant quality in handling customer complaint & action closure.
