Job responsibilities : Procure all type Casting, Fabrication, Shafting components with Machining and C Class Components like Fasteners, Nut Bolts etc.▪ Procuring the material as per the Production Plan and Looking after the daily and Monthly MIS Reports.▪ Vendor wise load monitoring & balancing.▪ Plan procurement activity as per allocate budget through Fund allocation planning.▪ Deploying various methodologies to analyze various processes, recommending modifications to minimize escalations, realizing operational efficiencies, control variability, Reduce costs &cycle-time.▪ Advance planning of purchase functions involving cost estimation & finalization for procure material.▪ Timely executions of orders as per delivery Details.▪ Supplier development for casting & Fabrication components and also outsourcing components.▪ Reduction of In-house rejection and Customer complain analysis.▪ Improve the Supplier quality Index through continuous supplier Process improvement.▪ Coordination with other internal departments for the smooth functioning like Marketing, Production, Planning, Purchase, Technical, Store, Design, Engineering.▪ Familiarity with various Standards like API, ASME, BS, ISO, QMS.▪ Optimization of process capabilities & initiating process improvements for bringing out major enhancements in terms of output and quality
