Identify and develop new business opportunities for the organization in Eastern province.4. Assess market opportunities and identify various target markets for agric. Inputs / Farm machineries.5. Meeting set cotton production targets without losing focus.6. Cotton Farming/Buying; manage entire Technical, Commercial & operation related issues.7. Ensure production complies with international standards.8. Organize the farm activities in Agric.9. Organize cotton development and promotional activities in the whole province.10. Organize Agricultural Extension work in co-ordination with local govt. to educate and train the rural farmers to improve their production level.11. Monthly Board Presentations on business.12. Management of whole cotton business in Eastern Province.13. Marketing of Agric. Inputs like Seeds, Herbicides, Insecticides, Pesticides, Farm equipments and Machineries.
