Champions work closely with colleaguessuch as general managers, finance directors anddemand forecastingmanagers to facilitate meetings and escalate any issues. The networkmeets regularlyto share best practices and solutions to deploymentissues. I have been involved to ensure a better quality ofdata input, tomake sure that key messages are part of the discussion and that allthe contributors are aligned.Also, escalate critical issues to a higherlevel in the organization in order to take the right decisions then dothefollow up of the actions that have been implemented.Product release process review: improve the release process of allGSK Portfolio by*mapping the Process *Sharing it with the differentdepartments whichare Involved. *Reviewing it and propose solutions. 1. LOC data préparation & coordination lead for Algeria ressourcing review project: -Work with the Knowledge Center team on the PRIME (a zero based approach which helps LOCs toprioritize portfolio and optimise budget allocation) - Ensure alignement between LOC Team and KC Team on the way of working (eg. weekly calls)- Arrange TCs of data collection from with KC team. - Preparation and data collection: Some of the major inputs that go in PRImE process are: Market information Brand information, Sales Force information , Channel promotion information , -Be the link, coordinator & the source of informations between LOC team & KC Team, and ensure a continuous sharing of data with a respect of deadlines. - prepare the Visit of KC team t Algeria and ensure that all the stakeholders and ressources are available.2.
