With a background as Ph.D in robot control I have more than 20 years of experience in development of robot applications and related equipment in various industries (minerals, laboratory automation, Foundry automation). I use my theoretical background and experience to focus on solving non standard solutions for complex problems.From my various assignments I have grown a profound experience with all tasks from the definition of the business case/ proposal to final customer handover. During my work in international companies I am used to work with different nationalities. I use my personality to get cross nationality project teams performing in an efficient way. Together with the project team I ensure project success in development projects. Working in companies known for the high quality in their products, I have learned the crucial need of delivering quality. It is natural for me to work in structured work processes , and my structural approach makes it easy for me to adapt new procedures and processes.My mainly professional interests are Robot Studio (Robot simulation), product development and project management of development projects. Besides major experience in project management I hold PRINCE2 foundation as well as Practitioner certificates
