As project manager I have completed different Development projects. The latest project is the DCF820, just launched . This Laboratory equipment is intended for Fused bead production with high capacity. The product was developed using competences from different Companies inside FLSmidth. I am part of the Group defining, evaluating and supervising all questions about functional safety for equipment under development and automatic laboratories as well. Specially I am expert on the robot standards (ISO 10218-1 and 10218-2), but also risk assessment (ISO12100) and other relevant saftety related standardsI have the responsibility for coordinating the use of robots. This includes contact to supplier, support to execution departments and product companies . I am heading a global workgroup handling all questions about Robots and robot simulation I assist product management in proposals for large laboratories for the mining industry. This has included Risk evaluation, Simulations in Robot studio, concept design for new equipment, including budget for development. Some of the concepts defined are now part of the portfolio. My forces are here the ability to identify the real issues, and define solution that can be used in the production environment. Robot Programming of large samplepreparation laboratory including up to 6 ABB robots . The program structure and main parts are programmed off-line by use of Robot Studio reducing the commisioning time

I was main driver in the sales of prototypes for casting extraction and core setting system based on robots, and ensuring the technical risk evaluation on other robot applications.Before facing the customer I was well prepared on technical questions. main parts in this was real test setup, but also used of simulation was a main element in the customer presentation.I was project manager for implementation of robot applications to foundries in France and Mexico. (Casting extraction and core handling). The applications were designed and delivered to customer satisfaction in dirty environment and critical customers (sub suppliers to automotive industry). As project manager I have focus on teamwork, high risk solutions, tight time schedule, and project priority in the organization. Some of the solutions has been patented (WO/2002/047851,EP 1341629-1, WO/1997/038822)
