I joined Stats NZ in Jan 2020 to set up a Recruitment team, processes, systems, tools and to improve engagement and reach of diverse talent. My current role includes leading mahi relating to people, policy, capability, strategy, and legislation grounded in Te Tiriti.I'm a people leader with experience working at a local and National leadership level. As Business Manager for JOYN, I was responsible for building and fronting the business in Wellington, networking and relationship building, Sales and Account Management.As Manager of the Professional Services team at both Beyond and Hays recruitment I mentored, coached and managed teams whilst also delivering recruitment projects for clients. I enjoy fronting a business/organisation and keeping relevant across all things industry related.
