• Managed all aspects for a team of twenty plus operators and office staff assigned construction activities at the new JPA Dames Point Terminal including hiring, payroll, human resources and evaluation.
• Oversaw pavement and utility construction operations for the entire 125 acre site including scheduling of material, equipment and manpower to helping complete the project on-time and under budget.
• Developed technical expertise in the preparation and installation of CFB combustion byproducts while overseeing the use of over 230,000 tons of blended material including the management of pug mill operations.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

• Oversees the coordination of the various parties involved in the operation of the power plant.
• Supervised construction crew managing the installation of water and sewer pipe, sub-base, base and primer activities.
• Responsible for schedule all materials and equipment to insure that projects were completed on or before expected deadlines.
• Technical team leader responsible for blueprint verification and coordination of project elevations including existing and planned utilities.
