• Managed all aspects for a team of twenty plus operators and office staff assigned construction activities at the new JPA Dames Point Terminal including hiring, payroll, human resources and evaluation. • Oversaw pavement and utility construction operations for the entire 125 acre site including scheduling of material, equipment and manpower to helping complete the project on-time and under budget.• Developed technical expertise in the preparation and installation of CFB combustion byproducts while overseeing the use of over 230,000 tons of blended material including the management of pug mill operations, Geo-fabric installation, elevation coordination from the sub-grade base to the utilities, and proper mechanical testing to ensure material performance.
