I’m Amaris, pronounced Am-ah-ris, I have been working in L&D/Instructional Design for about 4 going on 5 years now! I have done a mixture of e-learning development, curriculum design/re-design, classroom style/virtual facilitation for large/small groups, coached/mentored instructors & facilitators, as well as LMS & LXP administration. 🧩I like to think of myself as a problem solver, well honestly, I am a problem solver! I go in and analyze where there is a gap when it comes to the information being understood or learned by the learner then I either make something out of nothing whether it’s e-learning courses, live virtual instructor-led training, infographics, or etc. and implement. If there is something in place I like to re-design , break information down further, rephrase sections, or if needed scrap and start fresh. 👩‍💻I have experience in analyzing, developing, and improving training courses/programs for employees at any level.
