I started with the basics which every law student must know. Firstly, How to check case status in all courts, the basics of how a civil and criminal case starts. I understood what Legal Notice is and made a few drafts myself. I also understood the importance of an FIR in a criminal trial. I also understood the essential ingredients of bail and anticipatory bail, I have gone through some of the latest case laws as well. Furthermore, I also went through a few drafts and also made some drafts and presentations myself. I also understood Consumer Issues, what usually happens and what could be a possible remedy in getting relief to those that are often exploited by the big giants. I made an effort to understand the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and did follow ups of the latest cases in the NCLAT and SC as the code has been enforced since 2016, so there are very few precedents.
