• Constant Monitoring of Alarms through EMS.and clearance of those alarms.• Defining Trunks and signaling for the POI.• Looking over Media Gateway, Media Gateway Controller, Signalling Gateway• Analysis of Traffic for its better utility.• On call failures taking trace of call and rectify the fault.( Reading Signaling messages MGCP, MEGACO, CSS7, SIP, H.323, SIGTRAN, G.711, G.729 and RTP )Ericsson AXE 10 Switch:Constant monitoring of alarms (Switch related, POI and other network elements related), Diagnostics and clearance of the faults both related with Hardware & Software through WINFOIL application software to make the network element work in most effective way.• Planning and Implementation of New POI’s, Augmentation with Other Operators. Traffic Monitoring .( Optimum Utilization of Trunks for Traffic )• Creation of New Trunk Group (CGR) Signaling Links, B Number and A Number Analysis.• Analysis of Traffic ASR, CCR to improve the utility of Switch. Also monitoring ISUP Messages during Call failures.• Responsible for periodic Backup of Switch SP, CP and Exchange data Backups. Daily CDR back up from Node on Daily Basis.• Involved for Switch AT conducted to commence of a new POI.• Responsible for resolving customer complaints with in SLA.• Spare Management through SAP

• Project Planning and Management.• Hardware Installation of Lucent 5ESS-2000 Switch. • Power ON and diagnostic testing of 5ESS Switch.• Provide Implementation Support during Testing, System Demonstration and Acceptance of 5ESS Switch.• Installation and Termination of DSX ( Digital Cross Connect ) which takes care of E1 termination for Switches and Cell sites• Involved in Software and Hardware up gradation of Switch.• Supervises installation Procedure on Upcoming Switches.• Conduct Implementation and Performance Test on Lucent’s 5ESS-DCS/ECP Switch equipment• Perform installation Acceptance and commissioning procedure with Customer.• Deployed for LUCENT Payroll for Punch list Clearance of Core 700 (Up gradation of 5ESS Switch).
