Senior Student Support Advisor
Current- Provide support and information for a caseload of Simmons College Master of Nursing students
- Correspond with university staff and internal cross-functional teams to promptly resolve student issues
- Assist in student on-boarding to include online orientation, registration and live training, as well as conducting Welcome Calls with students immediately upon enrollment
- Maintain regular communication with assigned students and address all incoming communications from students in an expedient and professional manner
- Provide exceptional service to students and faculty with academic, procedural or technical issues
- Troubleshoot student support issues and coordinate solutions in accordance with all university policies
