Senior Student Support Advisor
Current• Provide support and information for a caseload of Simmons College Master of Nursing students• Correspond with university staff and internal cross-functional teams to promptly resolve student issues• Assist in student on-boarding to include online orientation, registration and live training, as well as conducting Welcome Calls with students immediately upon enrollment• Maintain regular communication with assigned students and address all incoming communications from students in an expedient and professional manner• Provide exceptional service to students and faculty with academic, procedural or technical issues• Troubleshoot student support issues and coordinate solutions in accordance with all university policies
